Our Response to COVID-19: If you are sick, have been around someone who is sick, or have traveled recently, and your pet is not in urgent need of medical care, please consider rescheduling your appointment. If your pet is in need of medical care, please let us know when you call so that we may take appropriate steps to ensure the safety of our staff and other clients.
If you have an appointment with us, please call us from the parking lot to let us know you are here and remain in your vehicle until you can go directly into an exam room. Please remember to limit the number of family members accompanying you to the appointment.
If you are picking up medication, food, etc. you can also call us to let us know that you are here. When possible we can take payment over the phone and bring your medication, food etc. to your vehicle. We realize that not all clients have access to a cell phone or credit card and in that case we will do our very best to accommodate those clients while assuring that we will do our best in keeping safety in mind.
We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time and please know we will continue to assess this situation.
