We are located in the village of Fairport, NY. The hospital is found on the southwest corner of Main St. (Rt. 250) and Parce Avenue with our parking lot conveniently located beside the building off of Parce Ave.

 

Directions from I 490:

Take the Fairport Exit (Rt. 31F).  Turn right onto Rt. 31F (Fairport Rd.) heading eastbound toward the Village of Fairport. Fairport Rd. becomes Church St. when you cross the Erie Canal in the village. When  you come to the intersection of Rt. 250 (Main St.) TURN LEFT onto Rt. 250. You will go over the canal bridge (and may have to stop for the lift bridge if a boat is passing), over a set of railroad tracks and then come to a stop light. We are found just past the stop light on the left hand corner.
